Why SnapNTrade Exists
Questions, Answered
Electronics are the most traded items in local marketplaces, yet they are the least protected. Fake images, duplicate ads, and outdated listings create risk and waste time. SnapNTrade was built to bring trust and transparency where it’s needed most.
Most marketplaces focus on listings. SnapNTrade focuses on verification. We ensure product images are captured in real time, analyze condition using AI, prevent duplicate ads, and generate proof of purchase after a successful deal.
Product images must be captured directly inside the app using the device camera. Gallery uploads and reused images are restricted, ensuring listings reflect the product’s current, real condition.
Our system analyzes captured images to generate a neutral condition summary. Sellers provide their description, and buyers can view both perspectives before making a decision, reducing surprises and misunderstandings.
SnapNTrade is being built for users across Pakistan, starting with early access testing in select regions.
Most peer-to-peer transactions leave no official record. SnapNTrade generates a verifiable digital invoice after a completed deal, giving buyers proof of purchase and protecting both sides from disputes or ownership issues.
Instead of scrolling endless listings, buyers can post what they’re looking for along with their budget. Verified sellers then send offers directly, making the process faster and more relevant.
SnapNTrade uses duplicate detection to identify repeated images and listings. This helps keep the marketplace clean, reduces spam, and ensures genuine ads get proper visibility.
Yes. SnapNTrade does not charge commissions on transactions. Our focus is on building a trusted and transparent marketplace experience first. We only charge for featuring your ad only.
SnapNTrade is currently available in closed testing on Google Play. We’re onboarding early users gradually before opening the platform to the public.
