These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the snapNtrade mobile application and website (www.snapntrade.com). By accessing or using snapNtrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About snapNtrade

snapNtrade is a peer-to-peer marketplace designed to enable users to buy and sell electronics with improved trust and transparency. snapNtrade provides tools for listing, verification, communication, and digital record-keeping but is not a party to transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

To use snapNtrade, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

snapNtrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity conducted under your account

snapNtrade is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Listings & Content

When posting a listing, you agree that:

• Product images must be captured in real time using the app’s camera features

• Descriptions must be accurate and honest

• You own or have the right to sell the listed item

snapNtrade may remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, fraudulent, or violate platform guidelines.

5. AI Analysis & Verification

snapNtrade may use automated systems to:

• Analyze product images

• Detect duplicate or reused content

• Improve listing quality and trust

AI analysis is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee product quality or performance.

6. Transactions & Invoices

snapNtrade facilitates communication between buyers and sellers but:

• Does not handle payments

• Does not guarantee successful transactions

• Does not act as a broker or agent

Digital invoices generated after completed transactions are provided as records, not warranties.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post false, illegal, or harmful content

• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards

• Use snapNtrade for unlawful purposes

• Harass, scam, or mislead other users

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

8. Fees & Charges

snapNtrade does not charge commissions on transactions.
Any future monetization features will be communicated clearly within the app.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

snapNtrade reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Remove content

• Restrict access

This may occur if these Terms are violated, or if activity poses a risk to the platform or other users.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of snapNtrade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

By using snapNtrade, you consent to data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

snapNtrade is provided on an “as is” basis.
We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from user transactions

• Disputes between buyers and sellers

• Damages caused by reliance on listings or communications

Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and transactions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless snapNtrade from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Your content or listings

• Your violation of these Terms

13. Changes to These Terms

snapNtrade may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
